      Se va completa Formularul nr. 6 – „Tabel Detalii Producator”.

      In cazul in care se constata oferte cu acelasi pret situate pe primul loc, departajarea se va realiza prin solicitarea din partea autoritatii contractante a unei noi oferte, care va fi prezentata prin intermediul SEAP.

      Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a denunta unilateral acordul-cadru inainte de termen in cazul in care Ministerul Sanatatii va incheia in baza OUG 71/2012 acorduri-cadru avand ca obiect produsele din prezenta procedura.

      Solicitarile de clarificari referitoare la prezenta documentatie de atribuire se vor adresa in mod exclusiv in SEAP la sectiunea „Intrebari” din cadrul procedurii de atribuire derulate prin mijloace electronice, iar raspunsurile la acestea vor fi publicate in SEAP la sectiunea „Documentatie, clarificari si decizii” din cadrul anuntului/invitatiei de participare, autoritatea contractanta urmand sa nu dea curs solicitarilor adresate prin alta modalitate de comunicare decat cea stabilita.

      In cazul in care vor fi depuse oferte cu preturi egale, modalitatea de departajare a ofertelor cu acelasi pret, clasate pe locurile 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...10 se va realiza prin transmiterea unei solicitari de clarificare din partea autoritatii contractante, la care operatorii economici vor transmite noile preturi, dar acestea din urma nu pot fi imbunatatite decat la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior, care va fi prezentata prin intermediul SEAP.
