      Procedura aplicata: negociere fara invitatie prealabila la o procedura concurentiala de ofertare, in baza prevederilor art. 117, alineatul 1, litera a) din Legea nr. 99/2016.

      Au fost invitati operatorii economici care au participat la procedura de licitatie deschisa publicata sub nr. 171282 din data de 10.11.2016 (republicat in JOUE/TED sub numarul 2016/S 119-400409 din 12.11.2016) si care a fost anulata in 3 din cele 5 loturi.

      Acestia sunt:

      Loturile pentru care s-a organizat negociere fara invitatie prealabila la o procedura concurentiala de ofertare, sunt:

      — Lotul nr. 1 – Vopsele, diluanti, grunduri, emailuri epoxidice si poliuretanice;

      — Lotul nr. 2 – Vopsea tip Spray;

      — Lotul nr. 3 – Vopsele speciale.

      A fost primita doar o singura oferta preliminara pentru fiecare lot in parte si dupa efectuarea rundelor de negociere, oferta imbunatatita, aferenta fiecarui lot in parte, a fost gasita ca fiind admisbila. Prin urmare, s-a atribuit acordul cadru in fiecare lot unui singur operator economic ofertant.
