         Sa se achizitioneze energie electrica pentru punctele de consum mentionate în anexa, de la orice furnizor titular de licenta de furnizare a energiei electrice, care activeaza pe piata libera, la tarife negociate, mai mici decât cele de pe piata reglementata.
