      Intrucat modalitatea de atribuire este acord-cadru cu 3 (trei) operatori economici, in cazul in care 2 sau mai multe oferte clasate pe unul din primele 3 locuri ale clasamentului, prezinta acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor cu preturi egale, o noua propunere financiara depusa prin intermediul SEAP, a carei valoare nu trebuie imbunatatita decat pana la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior. Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica).
