      2. Intrucat modalitatea de atribuire este acord-cadru cu 3 (trei) operatori economici, in cazul in care doua sau mai multe oferte clasate pe unul din primele 3 locuri ale clasamentului, prezinta acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor cu preturi egale, o noua propunere financiara depusa prin intermediul SEAP, a carei valoare nu trebuie imbunatatita decat pana la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior. Ofertantii vor completa formularul online prin intermediul site-ului – https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter si cu link-ul https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd avand in vedere ca fisierul DUAE este anexat in format „xml".
